I agree to the following terms and conditions:

• The student is subscribed for the lesson(s) only after payment is completed and the subscription form signed. Payment can be made to bank account number: 451654005 to Tal Sofer, Rotterdam. Please write your name and lesson(s) code.
• The teacher has the right to cancel the course in case of insufficient applications or disputes with the studio owner. In these cases the (remaining) contribution will be paid back to the student.
• Refund of already paid contribution is under no circumstances possible, except in the above mentioned situations. It is not possible to catch up lessons you have missed.
• If the teacher is sick, a substitute teacher will take over the lesson. If a suitable replacement can’t be found, the students will be informed by phone or mail.
• The teacher is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft to personal property and any physical injuries.
• The above mentioned terms and conditions apply for all lessons (also if you change lesson in the future).
